You can purchase tax-deductible tickets for Cookout at the Ranch
XIV and/or the Firewater Drawing on-line, by phone, through the mail, by calling the
Cookout Hotline, by visiting MacDonald's Ranch,
or at the event.
Cookout Ticket Prices
Ticket prices are:
- Adult: $45
- Child: $15 (There is a limit of 3 child tickets per family)
- Reserved Table: $350 (Includes eight adult tickets, one payment for entire table - no exceptions).
Firewater Drawing Ticket Prices
Drawing ticket prices are:

One Ticket - $5. An opportunity to win a wheel barrow full of liquid refreshment (includes wheel barrow)

Three Tickets - $10. Increase your odds, save money on drawing tickets, and increase your donation to preservation and wildlife causes

Seven Tickets - $20. Even better odds, bigger savings and larger tax-deductible donation
* The drawing ticket must be presented at Cookout at the Ranch XIV.
Purchasing Your Tickets (Available at Event ONLY)
Online Order (Available Until Noon, Saturday, October 3rd)
To purchase Cookout and Drawing tickets choose the type of ticket and click on the "Add to Cart" button (The Cart will the give the option to "Continue Shopping," "Update," or "Check Out"). You may pay for your tickets using a debit and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, or e-Checks. We use PayPal for our processing but you don't need a PayPal account to pay by credit cards. To facilitate entering your order, have your credit card and credit card billing information handy. There is a shipping charge (Flat Rate) of $2, which will be added to your online order to help cover our credit card processing, postage, and handling expenses. Your order will be sent to you via first class mail unless it is received after September 29th in which case the tickets will be available at the event at Will Call.

Telephone Order (Available Until Noon, Saturday, October 3rd)
Tickets to the Cookout and/or the Firewater Drawing can be purchased using a credit card (Master Card, Visa, Amex, Discover) by calling the Cookout Hotline at (480) 580-0593. Have your credit card and credit card billing information handy when you call. There is a shipping charge (Flat Rate) of $2, which will be added to your online order, to help cover our credit card processing, postage, and handling expenses. If a volunteer is not available when you call, please leave your name and phone number and we will return your call ASAP.
Mail, E-mail, Fax Order
Tickets to the Cookout and/or the Firewater Drawing can be ordered using mail, E-mail, or fax.
Mail. Print, complete the Cookout at the Ranch XIV Ticket Order Form (PDF) and enclose payment (check, money order, cashiers check, or credit card - Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover - information), Mail your order to Friends of the Scenic Drive, 8711 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, #123, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.
Fax. (Credit Card Orders Only) Print, complete the Cookout at the Ranch XIV Ticket Order Form (1 page, PDF), including credit card - Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover - information, and fax to (480) 585-1720.
E-Mail. (Credit Card Orders Only) Complete the Cookout at the Ranch XIV Ticket Order Form (1 page, PDF), including credit card - Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover - information, and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the order form. A confirmation sheet will be displayed and the form will be automatically e-mailed to us.
At Event
Cookout tickets are available at the event at Mac Donald's Ranch office (near parking lot) starting at 4:45 p.m. for $45 for adults and $15 for children. Reservations are not required. Tickets for the Firewater Drawing can be purchased at the event. MacDonald's Ranch is located on the west side of Scottsdale Road, just south of Jomax Road; approximately 2 miles north of the intersection of Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak Roads.
Will Call
If your online, telephone, or mail ticket order and payment is received after Tuesday, September 29th, we will process your order and reserve your seats. We will NOT mail your tickets. Please pick up your tickets, which will be under your name, at the "Will Call" table at MacDonald's (next to the parking lot and office) after 4:45 p.m. the day of the event. Ticket orders that are received on or before Tuesday, September 29th, will mailed, first class.
