You can purchase tax-deductible tickets for Cookout at the Ranch XIII and/or the $25,000 Drawing on-line, through the mail, by calling the Cookout Hotline, by visiting  MacDonald's Ranch, or at the event.

Cookout Ticket Price
 

Ticket prices are:

  • Adult: $47 
  • Child: $15  (There is a limit of 3 child tickets per family)
  • Reserved Table: $365 (Includes eight adult tickets, one payment for entire table - no exceptions).


* Friends of the Scenic Drive is a division of the Greater Pinnacle Peak Association, a non-profit, 501 (c) organization. A portion of the ticket price may be tax deductible. Additional details will be sent with your tickets.

$25,000 Drawing Ticket Prices
 

  • One Ticket - $ 5. An opportunity to win $100 or with a bit of luck a check for $25,000

  • Three Tickets - $10. Increase your odds, save money on drawing tickets, and increase your donation to preservation and wildlife causes

  • Seven Tickets - $20. Even better odds, bigger savings and larger tax-deductible donation

* The drawing ticket must be presented at Cookout at the Ranch XIII following the drawing of the winning ticket for the $25,000 Drawing
** Only one guest will get to select two envelopes from the 20 Lucky envelopes to determine the amount of the prize ($100, or $25,000).  

At Event

Cookout tickets are available at the event at Mac Donald's Ranch office (near parking lot) starting at 4:45 p.m. for $47 for adults and $15 for children.  Reservations are not required. Tickets for the $25,000 Drawing can be purchased at the event. MacDonald's Ranch is located on the west side of Scottsdale Road, just south of Jomax Road; approximately 2 miles north of the intersection of Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak Roads. 

Will Call

If your  online, telephone, or mail ticket order and payment is received after Tuesday, October 21st, we will process your order and reserve your seats. We will NOT mail your tickets. Please pick up your tickets, which will be under your name, at the "Will Call" table at MacDonald's (next to the parking lot and office) after 4:45 p.m. the day of the event.  Ticket orders that are received on or before Tuesday, October 21st, will mailed, first class.

Thank you for your order. You will receive an official thank you letter  from  Friends of the Scenic Drive, a division of the Greater Pinnacle Peak Association.  

Notice: Posted October 25th at 1:30 p.m. - There are plenty of tickets available for the event (see At Event above). Online orders, telephone orders, and mail orders are no longer being accepted.

Online Order 

Tickets for the Cookout and/or $25,000 Drawing can be purchased online using our secure 3rd-party online shopping cart. Master Card or Visa credit cards are accepted. To facilitate entering your order, have your credit card and credit card billing information handy. There is a shipping charge (Flat Rate) of $2, which will be added to your online order, to help cover our credit card processing, postage, and handling expenses.  Your order will be sent to you via first class mail or if it is received after .  Purchase Tickets Online Using Master Card or Visa. 

Telephone Order

Tickets to the Cookout and/or the $25,000 Drawing can be purchased using a credit card (Master Card or Visa) by calling the Cookout Hotline at (480) 580-0593.  Have your credit card and credit card billing information handy when you call.  There is a shipping charge (Flat Rate) of $2, which will be added to your online order, to help cover our credit card processing, postage, and handling expenses. If a volunteer is not available when you call, please leave your name and phone number and we will return your call ASAP.   

Through the Mail

Tickets to the Cookout and/or the $25,000 Drawing can be purchased through the mail. Simply write to us and indicate the number of Cookout tickets and/or drawing tickets you are ordering, enclose payment (check, money order, cashiers check, or credit card - Master Card or Visa - information), and be sure to indicate your name, telephone number, and the address to which the tickets should be mailed. Mail your request to Friends of the Scenic Drive, 8711 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, #360, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. If your  mail order and payment is received after Tuesday, October 21st, we will process your order and hold your tickets at the "Will Call" table at the event. Make your check payable to FRIENDS OF THE SCENIC DRIVE.  Please include billing name and address, credit card number, expiration date, and 3 digit verification code (back of card) with all credit card orders.

At MacDonald's Ranch

Beginning Wednesday, October 1st, tickets for the Cookout and/or the $25,000 Drawing will be available for purchase at MacDonald's Ranch, 26540 N. Scottsdale Road. Please call for office hours - (480) 585-0239 - before making the trip to MacDonald's (Cash or checks accepted).  

MacDonald's Ranch is located on the west side of Scottsdale Road, just south of Jomax Road; approximately 2 miles north of the intersection of Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak Roads.
