Silent Auction Donation Form

To donate a tax-deductible item, complete the form below and press the Submit button to have the form emailed to us. You can also print the form and mail it to us at the address noted below. You will receive an email or telephone confirmation that your form has been received. If you would rather make a cash donation, complete and submit the form indicating the amount of your donation. Donations will benefit causes supported by Rotary charities and preservation causes supported by GPPA/Friends of the Scenic Drive.

 The name of your business will be posted at the event. It will also appear in the program, in A Peek at the Peak magazine, and on our Web site for one year as a "2008 GPPA Friend of the Community."
